No. WhatsApp and artificial intelligence are two of the technologies we connect, but a sinap can connect anything: online stores, accounting systems, email, spreadsheets, banks and more.
What is a Token?
It's what activates a third-party module: each module active in an Odoo database uses 1 Token from your plan. You connect it with “Connect with UNIR2”, without copying anything, and manage it from the Tokens screen.
Does it work with my Odoo?
Yes, with Odoo 18, 19 and 20, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or your own server. Odoo Online does not allow installing custom modules.
What business data does UNIR2 see?
Only what each sinap needs to work. We never sell your data, and third-party modules only send UNIR2 the connection details (the database, its version and the module), never your invoices, customers or sales.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your sinaps and modules pause and your data is kept. As soon as you choose a plan, everything works again. Installing, updating or migrating Odoo is never blocked.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no commitment: you cancel from Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
